Hi gang! Today on the blog you get to meet baby Raven the bundle of sweetness. This session took place at Mt, View, NC ], and I was able to capture some of my favorite images to date! I loved that we included the bucket from Hello Little Props and a basket from Baby Dream Backdrops in this shoot because it added a ton of personality. Not to mention, it totally helps to have such a photogenic baby in front of the camera! Umm... can you say, baby model? Hi readers! Today on the blog you get to meet baby C, he is a  bundle of sweetness who belongs to the S family. This session took place at their home in Granite Falls, NC and I was able to capture some of my favorite images to date! 

I loved that we included these blue and green backgrounds to enhance baby C's dark hair in this shoot.

Not to mention, it totally helps to have such a photogenic baby in front of the camera! Umm… can you say, baby model? That face and head of hair!

Photo lovers, today I have the distinct pleasure of introducing you to baby M, who's officially ten days new!

I think we can all agree: Her hair should earn her a spot on the cover of every baby magazine in the nation! Seriously, I'm practically melting from cuteness overload!

Anyway, as you can see from the pictures below, baby M and I had one of the best sessions together. Her mom prepared her for the session by following the emailed instructions. Her preparation efforts allowed us to have an especially awesome shoot together.

Baby M slept some of the ways through the (session. And when she wasn't sleeping, baby M was calm, smiley. She couldn’t have been any better. Because the shoot went so well, I asked Ms. A if she would share one helpful piece of advice with other mothers planning a newborn session (See – I've got your back, moms around the world). Her biggest piece of advice is: “get up early and keep baby awake if possible.”
